Physical BankID (Norway) device

Hi!
today I got a good reminder and eye opner about the importance about this work. Reached out to Nordea norge, and tryed to ordered a phisical BankID device. Where i gave them the reason that I will not be able to use an googel based android after new year. The response, (paraphrasing) “This is not one of the case where they can issue a physical device, I have to use a device that is suported”
Does any one has a tips about a bank that are willing to isue a physical bankID?

I think the only way you can a bank id for your phone is to visit a Nordea bank office in person

Sparebank 1 midt-norge (SMN) isses physical bankID, but you can have either only that, or only mobile bank-id and not both. I do not know why. But online Bank-ID works on the Jolla and other devices as far as I know. Only Vipps that is blocked by the google play integrity.

What version? When I try to activate it, it tels me that I need nfc to scan my passport. Reading thay other says yoy can reactivate /move your bankid with only identify with eksisting bankid. How ever, Ican not find any option for that in the version I have installed.

Vipps I actualy have a working version, been testing it now and then for the last 14 days, no issues

When I contacted Nordea Norway and explained the situation, they gave me the choice to get the physical tan device (kodebrikke), but then I could not keep bankID on my old phone. I did not ask if the bankid app could be activated when physically meeting up in the bank, though. However they helped me activate the nordea-id app on my JP2 by sending me a code to my phone. So no physical device for me, because it is inconvenient as an only device.

I got kodebrikke from Bulder/Sparebanken Norge without any questions. This was a couple of years ago though.

Which version of Vipps works? I’ve tested 10.8.0, but it freezes and displays a warning after 1–2 days.

For Norwegian Nordea customers, you may use NordeaID. It works like a charm.

Vipps version 4428139 (10.8.0) works. Just blacklist updates for it.
If it freezes, just clear the app cache and set it up again.
