DESCRIPTION:

phone crashes when using data and receive phone call

PRECONDITIONS:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. mobile connection on, internet sharing on and in use
  2. incomming phone call
  3. swipe to accept

EXPECTED RESULT:

  1. phone app is working, i can talk

ACTUAL RESULT:

phone crashes, screen dark, red led blinking

Thanks for the report. Would you be able to collect journal logs when this happens?

I have xa2 single, tested wifi and usb tethering and had no such problem.

A normal journal would be fine for a start. Since you see this “twice in one week”, it would be better to specify the date & time you saw the issue, so that we could find it in the journal log.
