Outlook/ hotmail Jolla account login issue

The new Jolla phone. Can’t add outlook/ hotmail to jolla emails or contacts. After login gives error for Exchange 365? How to add hotmail?

The consumer Outlook / Hotmail / Live services are unfortunately not compatible with the same protocol as the Microsoft Enterprise services, and we currently don’t have a solution for this.

There are couple of existing threads regarding this.

As a workaround, the Microsoft Outlook Android app, which you can install from Aurora store, seems to work.
