Welcome, aiden.
Several info is missing.
Did you reboot your C2?
Did you enable AAS? Does it run?
How did you start Aurora store exactly?
thx for reply, phone was rebooted AAS is running, i opened aurora store from apps screen
Can you provide a screenshot?
On my X10-II it happens usually just after I started Android AppSupport (AAS). This means, it’s not because AAS is running that the Internet connection has been established.
I assume you have a working Internet connection? On which version is your C2 running?
Just checked internet us ok, but slow 13.84 mb, this is second jolla phone i set one up yesturday for girlfriend and all worked fine. I running sailfish OS 5.0
It’s Aurora Store 4.7.5 which is installed on my device. Which version is installed on your device (check Apps on Settings in Sailsfish) ?
Its aurora store 4.5.1
I see, Aurora Store provided by the Jolla Store is outdated. I install Aurora Store from f-droid
Thx unistalled then installed from f droid and now works
Hi Aiden, yes, generally the F-Droid app only works if you download and install it directly from F-Droid. Updates usually work directly from F-Droid as well. If, contrary to expectations, this doesn’t work, please uninstall the app and then reinstall it. I have one more question. How long did you have to wait for your C2 to arrive? I also ordered one on March 2nd, 2026, and there hasn’t been any delivery information since. Thanks!
I ordrrd end of october and arrived last week, so took much longer than 6 weeks it advertused on web site.
But worth the wait is a great phone, do you know what the 2 icons are next to 4g symbol are?
They show signal from each SIM.
Next time please open a new thread for new topic.
Good morning Aiden,
Thank you very much for the information. I was getting a bit nervous because I had asked about the delivery date at shop@jolla.com and haven’t received a reply yet.
The symbol before 4G indicates the download and upload speeds.
After 4G, the current LTE signal strength is displayed.
And on the far right, the information for the two SIM cards in use should be shown.
