@MarKre72 good idea, however, did you mark this as feature request? I believe @Jolla is quite busy as there is less than a week before the launch of the new Jolla phone… .
How do I do that? Sure, I know the first few people are eagerly awaiting their Jolla phones. But once Jolla has a little breathing room again, maybe they could think about adding a feature like that…
Pinging @dcaliste who I’m sure can state why such a feature isn’t there yet, and what the technical challenges would be.
The good thing is, AFAIK, marking “important” (\Flagged in RFC3501/IMAP-speak) is a standard feature of IMAP at least, so support of the various (server-side) email implementations should be there. (Except implementations by Microsoft and Google who love to do not-quite-IMAP.)
Indeed, I didn’t check, but I think flagging exists already at the level of the mail daemon on device. I don’t see it on the QML bindings though, through a very quick glance.
