DESCRIPTION:
Sometimes list views in Android apps are only displaying placeholders instead of items. This is anoying, because I can only ged rid of it by restarting the android support. Recognized this in Aurora Store and Nextcloud Talk app.

Start some apps, wait some time. Go to standby. Open the app again
EXPECTED RESULT:
List view should show the real items instead of placeholders
ACTUAL RESULT:
Only dimmed placeholders appear, see screenshots.
