Lineage based port for Xperia 10 V (zambezi)

@eson

After all, there is a certain difference between X1, X5, and X10 IV/V. Jolla has promised official support for the latter. That’s why I think there’s a chance to get AAS on X10 IV/V.

Looks like there is a chance indeed! Very encouraging to read last night’s meeting logs.

We shall offer AppSupport for Sony Xperia 10 IV and 10 V community ports as well. Similarly as we have done for official ports. The official ports have not proceeded, mal may clarify. Surely, testing would be needed for the 10 IV & 10 V community port AppSupport. Further, there might be work with the AppSupport depending on the base port version.

It seems like the general consensus is that there is not much work in making the official AAS “just work” on the community port - I wonder why in my admittedly brief testing that was not the case, I was certainly under the impression that the LOS22 base made things a bit harder.

Anyway, great to hear that Jolla is still on board. Not sure what the next steps are, I suppose I shall wait with baited breath like everyone else!
