For three weeks I was now using my new Jolla Phone 2026 and I am very happy with it. @jolla Thank you so much.
Today, when I took the phone out of my pocket and tried to unlock, the screen did only a short flickering. I have shutdown the phone and switched it on, but the issue remains.
When switching the device on, the borders of the screen do a short flickering in yellow and nothing more :-/
Anyone else having the same issue?
I have already created a Zendesk ticket and fingers crossed, it will not take too long to fix it.
Iām sorry to tell you that this is most likely a hardware problem and you need to have this phone repaired. Could be something simple like the cable sliding out of the connector, could be a faulty display.
Make sure to send @Jolla a PM about it (with the relevant details and the Zendesk ticket number), too, otherwise the Zendesk ticket email might be quite far back in the queue. Hopefully you can get it fixed soon.
