I think after using the phone for a day, its still fine. As far as its in mint condition.
Its the law in EU that you can ‘test’ a product somehow, and return it. If it has zero damage or scratches, and that the original packaging not destroyed, i do firmly believe its all fine to return.
Refund policy is a different thing than return policy. Jolla will let you return the device with in the 30 day period, but won’t do a full refund if you have used the device. The amount of the refund on used device depends on how much refurbishment they have to do in order to get the phone and packaging back to sellable state or if it goes to spare parts bin.
In this case, I think the amount deducted will be quite small, when compared to the overall price of the device.
What you’re saying basically means that the amount refunded would be determined according to the condition of the device, but there’s nothing written there that says that. So what are you basing that on?
