I have Jolla C2 Community Phone and camera app doesn’t start at all, loading circle does come up but it never goes full screen before crashing. I resetted everything just in case using the utilities in the phone, but nothing helped.
Then I tried to do factory reset, but that gave me following error message: Factory image not found or invalid. Rebooting back to current system.
I have opened a support ticket in the official Jolla website 18.08.2026, but they haven’t answered yet and when I’m writing this it has been 13 days!
