REPRODUCIBILITY: 50-70% of the time
When i want to comment on Jolla app store app, get error trouble sending comment and fails to send the comment on the app.
In most of the apps on the store doesnt let me comment on them.

Gives error popup failed to send comment
<“Ongelma kaupassa yleinen kommunikaatio ongelma”.
Just a minor bug on the store that can be anoying for somem of the users

Was there an emoji in the comment? If so, then this is probably a known encoding issue on the backend.

I don’t know how to use emojis on the jolla keyboard so i didn’t use any

I have never had this, but I have left only handful of comments
Cant seem to send any comments or feedback keep getting the communication issue error code. I have no idea how to fix the issue

PS.: Excuse me for correcting you but the naming is Store (or sometimes SFOS Store). Jolla Store is for buying devices and licenses.

Looks like I forgot to comment when I read the initial post, but yes, I’ve also experienced this. I just tried adding a comment to the ‘Jolla Ringtone Project’, and it seems to have worked, but a couple of weeks ago, I was unable to add any comments at all. No emoji either. I don’t know if I changed anything that could suddenly make it work.
