The phone only shows Jolla and if you connect the charger, the phone boots and the charging icon appears when on the charger and looping it. If you remove it from the charger, it wakes up but only Jolla appears on the screen and the phone turns off.
I can enter it with the terminal in ubuntu and it shows Jolla Recovery v.0.3.1 menu
Bootloader Locked and btrfs does not help.
If i want to reset it from terminal menu in ubuntu do something and finally ask for the DeviceLock code.
The device went into this state when i reset the phone to the initial settings from the menu. (previous owner had reset this also).
Was there a solution to even get the device to basic mode
The memory card is connected where it has a “shell” but to activate it from terminal this phone want the devicelock.
Original user says no devicelock code inside.
Jolla-1 works fine before the “factory reset”. It was original state but no any programs inside.
I fear your request for support is too ill-formulated to be understood. Usually there are supportive reactions in short time on this forum. Maybe you can try to post an improved version?
May be too late, but did you check no password is needed when you try to change the security code. I have a different software version in use (Pallas-Yllästunturi 3.4.0.25) and there seems that you have to set a 5 digit code for security. That could have been a case with older versions too. Attached is the screenshot.
i think that the previous owner of phone not remenber or not know the devicelock code. Maybe put allready when bought phone from dna operator
when we put the phone hard reset from menu there is no warning that back to life not work anymore. Ordinary phone ask the pin code when make hard reset to os but if Jolla OS not ask this is possibility then.
Phone survived and it start to work.. i dont know what helped. Before that i dowloaded to memory card recovery shell and today i remove memory sd card and put it in to PC and check it how it works and there was camera folder and one picture and that file. Picture was taken when phone not working and i put it the card to phone and start it and then Jolla welcome text. Then i make work and few minutes after that phone was started and it is factory reset and it works. Only screen not go off when time is one minute So i learned a lot about Jolla OS and thank’s to all who helped me
Phone is again on bootloop when charge and only Jolla show in screen and then shutdown when it is not in charging. But i adventure in here and try something again
