Issues with published patches on PatchManager Web Catalog (missing screenshots & download failures)

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing a recurring issue after publishing patches on the PatchManager Web Catalog.

Once a patch is published:

  • Screenshots do not appear/show up on the page.
  • It is impossible to download the patch.

I’ve run into this problem multiple times. What’s confusing is that sometimes, doing the exact same thing again later works without any issues.

Does anyone know why this happens or where this intermittent behavior might be coming from?

I think it happens when you upload multiple files at once (including patch archive and screenshots).

Uploading each file one by one it seemed to work for me.

I have submitted a issue to pathmanagers web catalog github, but havent checked if anyone had commented anything on it yet…
