Intermittent network issue (for specific apps)?

The weather app loses networkconnectivity intermittently.
Restarting the app seems to resolve it, changing networkconnection also.

The same goes for the weather info at the events-screen.

I do not mind about the weather too much, but I would like to know what causes this to see if other apps suffer from this also.
My previous Android did have this issue with specific apps (there it was all or nothing).

they’re the same app.

Can you change weather providers, or see which one is active?

Weather provider is MET.norway/yr.
I also thought so it would be the same app, but it’s weird to see the app update and ‘events’ say it has no network connection.

Ran into it again.
It maybe the same app, but it looks like two different processes.
When I disconnect my wifi the app refreshes, but the ‘events’ still say ‘no network connection, tap again’.

When I connect to wireguard with connmanctl connect and later disconnect withconnmanctl disconnect some apps (like the weather-app) loose networkconnectivity.

Before connecting my wlan0 has an ipv6-address, after disconnecting it does not.
At that point the weather-apps has no internet access (for some reason).
When I restart the network, the phone or do a systemctl restart connman connectivity is restored.

Edit 23/09:
Without using wireguard all apps seem to keep networkconnectivity.

Unfortunately it is not solved with today’s update.
Internal network seems to work.
Pinging external also (at least 8.8.8.8 and www.google.com).
SFOS-reader and the weather-app don’t.

Edit: stopping and restarting the app seems to resolve this too. Nice for a work-around, but shouldn’t be necessary.

Also restarting the network works.
Any help to figure out what causes this would be appreciated.
