Whenever I try to open a picture, the app closes. This is with server version 2.7.5 as well as with 3.0.3. After updating server to v3 backup started working. Thumbnails work, and I can download images.
App version 0.6.1-1 from storeman. Jolla phone 2026.

experiencing the same thing, posted an issue in the github repo
I’m on a C2 with 5.2.0.13 and can not reproduce it (don’t have the same problem). Server version is also latest and greatest, v3.0.3.

sadly doesnt seem to be much in there. but as mentioned I’d be happry to try custom builds with more instrumentation
It’s likely J2/sailfish5.2 related, everything works on my Xperia 10 II with sailfish 5.1. If there is no connection to server, preview enlarges to full screenwith correct error message without closing app, it minimizes or closes only when it retrieves the large image.
It is even more confusing because @frankps sent me a link Joshua Strobl :verified:: "Someone made a really great, native Sailfish OS a…" - Joshua Strobl so it seems like it works with JP 2026 for someone.
I will try to prepare a debug build in the evening so that we could try at least to narrow the problem.

Hi everyone, there is new release v0.7.0 available on OpenRepos
Added:
- added people page (browse the assets per person recognized by the image recognition)
Fixed:
- fixed video playback and navigation when displaying video matches images
- fixed application crash on Jolla Phone 2026 when opening asset detail page
Please note that this version will additionally ask for Audio Sailjail permission (required for the video to work).
I would like to thank again @frankps for Norwegian translations and help with testing the various attempts at fixing the video playback (sorry that I am such a nuisance)!
