Hi there, Today i start new update on my new experia 10 ii dual sim but i all ready wait 5 hours and still freezing in the end of update(progress) bar before finish update… what to do because I don’t have any response… and i think after battery drain the phone will shut down and then will be dead … What can i do and i don’t wanna lose my data ?
Once stuck like this in excess of 2 hours, suggest keep “power” + “volume up” depressed until the device reboots. Although not Xperia 10II device, more information in this thread:
