Help uploading image to openrepos

Silly question time!, I either have forgotten how to do this or have never done this before;

I need to upload/attach a screenshot in the comments section of an app in Openrepos.

I can see an image icon in the toolbar, but the options within don’t offer a way to attach an image. I guess it needs to be HTML tags. The image I need to attach is on my PC’s desktop, I have no idea how to do this as HTML if that’s what is required, any help is appreciated.

I use to upload pic to a pic storage and use that URL. Mostly on my own domain though.
