Harbour Dashboard doesnt allow me to see reviews

I have one review on the app that i can see from the phone store but it doesnt show at all from the website dashboard only the “preview” comments.

PRECONDITIONS:

I can give info to the developer on my account if they want to look into the issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Publish app on harbour

2. Get 1 review

3. Shows on the app but not in the dashboard webpage.

EXPECTED RESULT:

Difficult for developers who dont have device if they cant see feedback.

Harbour dev side definitely would need some love. If I remember correctly some community dev made tool for this and if I remember correctly it was @ilpianista

This is no bug. The Harbour is for uploading of good apps. For all the social media stuff us your SFOS device. It’s designed for this.

Historical data on your Harbour applications

Since my first submission to Harbour (and that was 9 years, 11 months ago!) I’ve missed email notifications for app reviews. Going app by app, one page at a time to just see if I got any new review is frustrating, both for the developers, who might miss some good or bad feedback, and for the users who might feel as though they’re being ignored. I’ve raised my concerns at the community meeting as well, where Jolla acknowledged that the “critique” was valid, but said that there are other prioriti…

So if a developer Meta, Danske pank some corporation would develop an app and publish it in the Harbour store and they didint have a development device how could they read the feedback? Somebody would have to write an email and send it to the developer to review. Its just my opinnion that after Jolla 2 phones manufactoring slows down they should focus on polishing some of the small issues they have with the store etc.

Fully agree and I hope Jolla prioritizes Harbour + dev tool development sooner than later. SailfishOS is currently attracting a lot of new users, which also brings new devs. I would like to keep them and finally there is real change that companies start to make apps for SailfishOS also so I hope platform is ready when companies start to move in

Comments in Harbour dashboard

(using approximate category, feel free to move) It seems reading comments from in the Harbour web page or/aka dashboard never materialized. It would be very convenient if it was possible to read comments on the apps you have published there in one easy feed. It would be better yet if you could reply to them there, for those longer replies. And it would be even better still if there were basic moderation tools (remove and/or flag). There are quite a few misplaced comments and butt-typed nonsens…
