No, sadly. I looked at my order and as it is September 2, I will get it sometime in Sept. It’s hard waiting though.

Yesterday, I received two emails about my order, one “Shipping update” from the Jolla store and one notification from the shipping company. This was for an order delivered the same day at the event.
Based on what has been said before, I’d assume normal shipping starts this week or the next, and that at least one happy person will tell the forum that they received those emails.

@SamFisher At some point it was said that the shipping starts after the event and the Batch 1 shipping would be carried out in july. I guess the shipments will be done as the units have been assembled and tested.

Did some digging, to make sure I wasn’t hallucinating it, it was said here:
Sadly, despite having ordered mine a few hours after the preorders opened, I have not received any emails about shipping, yet. Assume it will happen soon, though(?)

That is alarming. If you haven’t yet received the email about completing your order, I think you should contact Jolla. Best way is probably by replying to the confirmation email you got for the preorder (the one at €99).

I ordered mine as soon as the campaign went live and I received all emails before I saw anyone else mentioning anything.
I think it’s just too soon right after the event and many of us might have supplementary orders that need to be sorted and multiple shipping amounts refunded.
I would not be alarmed for now since it should take a few weeks per batch (if they need about 2 months to deliver all 10.000 as they said).

If it was few hours after preorders started he would be in batch1, there’s definitely something wrong

Oh, then waiting a bit should work, the ppl picking up their jollas got the shipping email as their orders were fulfilled in place, actual snailmail shipping should start soon™

What number where u in batch 1?
Not sure which number in batch 1, but my pre-order no. was #426X, and the final order no. was #1794X. (last digits hidden)

I don’t think there will be an email announcing the estimated delivery date of the shipping email so you’ll just have to sit and wait…

I got the shipping email already yesterday because I had a ticket to the Day1 event, so it’s not really a result of my position in the general queue.

Delivery is expected in July for Batch 1, July-August for Batch 2, August for Batch 3.
Nobody knows when exactly, but probably they should start prepare orders immediately following the event
