I wrote to Zendesk last year: https://jolla.zendesk.com/ N.40863 and tried writing several times about issues with the rear and front cameras on the Jolla C2. Perhaps someone from your customer service team responded to you? Because I haven’t received anything, not even a Christmas card. This way, the Chinese won, I’m sorry to say.

I can not see your post with the link you provided.
The rear camera get out photos with smoke effect, the main front camera have reflex and a part of picture with smoke effect,
Are you using the standard camera app that comes with the phone?
What version of SFOS are you using?
Maybe someone from @Jolla (maybe @rainemak) could check the ticket status on their end and contact you when they have time (they all are probably super busy right now, since it is less than two weeks to the launch of the new JollaPhone).

I have a felling that during assembly some grease got smeared on the lens.
Do you have the issue on all cameras? Is the effect the same or a bit different on all of them?
Could you take a picture on a plain color ?
hi, mainly in rear camera and in main front camera x1 ; but not use the others to much; to be honest the focus of macro and landscape isn’t so perfect.
Jolla support definitely needs to do something for you.
It could be worth trying with a different camera application.
To me these look like light reflections and flare. All phone cameras have them when you have a strong light source but not that bad.
Do you happen to have a lens protector on your C2? Because this is the number one culprit for shitty photos for most phones these days.
I guess the original bumper is also a problem on the c2 (but of course only applies to the back cameras).

no i’m sorry , landescape and macro not have reflex only main x1, and the fog effect isn’t a reflex
