Clock out of date when not set to auto update

REPRODUCIBILITY (% or how often): 100%
BUILD ID: Rokua 3.3.0.16
HARDWARE (Jolla1, Tablet, XA2,…): Xperia XA2
UI LANGUAGE: Spanish
REGRESSION: (compared to previous public release: Yes, No, ?): ?

DESCRIPTION:

I disabled the automatic time update when the time was automatically advanced as it still did not correspond to the change in my time zone, so I manually delayed it. There I noticed that although I could see the time on the mobile well, the applications did not perceive it the same, they informed me of 20-hour delays with respect to my set time, the SailOTP delivered wrong numbers and the Piepmatz app showed recent twitter as if they were published on yesterday.
If I set the time back to “automatic update”, the dates in the applications match the set time and for example Sailotp delivers the codes correctly.

PRECONDITIONS:

Set a hour manually after an automatic hour change occurs. this happened in UTC -3:00 time zone when it automatically updated to UTC -4:00

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. The automatic hour change happens

  2. I enter the date and time settings

  3. I disable automatic updates

  4. I change only the hour

5)I open an application, such as sailotp or piepmatz and it shows the hour that does not correspond to the manually configured one.

EXPECTED RESULT:

That the time perceived by the applications and the system clock is the same.

ACTUAL RESULT:

The time for applications is different from the time set manually in the system.

Do you mean the switch from Daylight Saving Time (DST) to normal/vice versa?

Yes, I was referring to Automatic Daylight Saving Time (DST).
