It’s download half and nothing,write “warning,can’t install”
Try:
1- reboot
2- download ‘‘Android App Support’’ only.
3- reboot again
I can’t download from jolla shop,only to half download and nothing
I need very long time waiting before started downloading,then downloading only 50% and write “some problems with downloading” but all another app I can download
Maybe someone can explain it how to do that through Terminal.
Check account.jolla.com/devices if your current device shows up.
Have you got a license for that specific model device? If not, you will need to re-purchase; for me it took a day to get activated after that.

You do have enough space free (on /home and root), do you?
AppSupport is a big package…
This is not necessarily the same as having a license.
I guess you know best if you bought a license for that device or not.
