Hi i have a sony xperia 10 that give me a lot of problem whit display . No i can’t upgrade at the last sailfish os version because the process required 700mb free in the system partition. If i buy a news sony xperia III can ia move the license in this , and the old phone restore in android mode for sell?

Licenses are sold and bought per device per user. That means you need to buy a new license for a new phone. Luckily, the licenses are much cheaper than they were before. Also, you aren’t allowed to sell your current device with its license. You can however revert the phone back to Android by using Sony’s Emma flash tool.
Be aware that the bootloader can not be locked for that model, that could be a problem when you want to sell it (https://forum.sailfishos.org/t/sony-10-relock-with-fastboot-oem-lock/17735)
