Just a report for the EA .73 here.
So unlike i think .72, as i use headphones (wired) on 10 II for telegram (android app) audio/video calls, a new problem that appeared with this update is that the microphone isnt getting the sound from the wired headset, but instead takes it from the phone device itself.
Oddly, if i reccord a voice message, then telegram picks the voice from the headset’s microphone!
I dont know if fellow Signal/Whatsapp users encounter this issue on .73?
