Bluetooth fails to send image to PC every time

MY PC INFO:

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H2
Installed on ‎28/‎06/‎2022
OS build 19044.1826
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

This has not been a problem until recently, nothing has changed on my PC or my phone.

REPRODUCIBILITY: 100%
OS VERSION: 4.4.0.68
HARDWARE: Sony Xperia 10II
UI LANGUAGE: English
REGRESSION: yes

DESCRIPTION:

Bluetooth failing to send no matter what (oops, uploading did not work!), I removed all pairings, added everything again but still the problem persists.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Send any image from phone to PC.

EXPECTED RESULT:

Image should be sent from device to PC.

ACTUAL RESULT:

“Oops!, uploading did not work”, every time.

MODIFICATIONS:

None.

RELATED: Can't share call recordings

NOTE - I can send images to both my Jolla1’s, so it does look like a Windows 10 problem. Currently researching that…yawn.

It works on my X10 II. We need more information about your PC.

Funny thing is, this is a recent problem and I don’t know how it has happened.

It turns out, I have to right click Bluetooth icon and select “Receive a File”, this was not necessary previously. Perhaps Windows has updated itself and made changes to send/receive in bluetooth. It would be nice if this was automatic instead of manual.

I will mark this as solved, as it does not appear to be an SFOS problem!

Sure? I think this has been like this like … forever … at least with Windows Professional.
