Bluetooth connection to car radio is not working correctly

My X10III, v5.1.0.11 works ok in general.
Faced a “connected but not working” once, with a loudspeaker, after being used fine on the carkit. Couldn’t reproduce.
I don’t have the empty BT device name - but I had it long ago:
