DESCRIPTION:
So it’s generally in the title.
In the settings there’s an option to turn vibration when user is touching the screen.
PRECONDITIONS:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Go to Settings → Sound and signals → Touch screen vibration (sorry I’m translating this from PL)
Turn on the option
EXPECTED RESULT:
The phone will vibrate when I’m touching the screen
ACTUAL RESULT:
Nothing happens

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
vibration works when starting the phone,
vibration works on incoming call
CSD tool says Vibrator doesn’t work and does nothing when trying to perform the test.
It works as expected on X10 III. Just to be sure, if you enable Touchscreen vibration it doesn’t vibrate if you close an application from the home screen or use the pulley menu in the calendar for instance.
So imho it’s not good.
Also right now it’s like I hear the sound of the vibrator instead of actually feeeling it :d
and CSD is not turning on the vibrator.
