DESCRIPTION:

Even when BT is disabled in the Sailfish OS, the device is being discovered/is discoverable.
I assume this has something to do with the AlienDalvik/Android

PRECONDITIONS:

Disable BT
Make sure with rfkill list that it shows hci0 as blocked

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. start discovery on one other BT device
2. Xperia X 10 II shows up

EXPECTED RESULT:

Xperia X 10 II is not showing up

ACTUAL RESULT:

Xperia X 10 II shows up

This is strange because I have two devices on 3.3.0.16 and I do not observe the issue on them.

when restarting bluetooth it stops

in fact restarting of bluetooth (systemctl restart bluetooth) is necessary in many other cases not part of this issue.
this explains why I am frustrated over bluetooth in Sailfish X, but I do not want to risk being banned for another week because of bad language and attitude .
