like to know if there are any templates for creating a 3D printed phone case, as I’ve read that they fade quickly and I’d like to create a more durable one, as well as a screen protector. Also, the prices seem extremely high.

The “upscreen” (10,79€) and “BROTECT” (5,99€) screen protector are essentially the same product - the premium one differs only by including an alcohol pad to remove grease and a microfiber cloth to remove dust. But most likely you have these things at home already.

Thanks a lot. My problem is with the case; I’m someone who tends to drop their smartphone, so I wanted an ultra-rugged case, but I can’t find one, and Jolla doesn’t provide a 3D model either. Is the Jolla screen protector much better than the ones he shared?
The Jolla screen protector is advertised as Gorilla glass, the same material as the screen itself. “much better” depends on what you look for in a screen protector.
If you’re looking to protect your phone screen in that one accident where you’re dropping the phone from high up, a Gorilla-glass protector absorbs the full impact and shatters, but leaves the screen itself intact.
If you know you’ll drop the phone often, a hybrid-glass one like from protectionfilms24.es will not break as easily, and last you longer. But it passes some of the impact through to the screen, risking the screen itself to break.

Well, I’m not sure if anyone has collected empirical data on what screen protector best protects the new Jolla phone. But generally, yes, screen protectors made from tempered glass that absorb the impact by shattering (like the one sold by Jolla) provide a better protection than those made from plastic foil or so-called hybrid glass.
The Jolla screen protector is made to cover the full front of the phone. To protect the sides and back from a drop, you can look for a case, sold by Jolla or on other websites.
I ordered the upscreen protector a few days ago and was not happy with the dimensions. Given that the notch for the upper speaker was missing it was very long and difficult to fit without covering the speaker.
Also there was an imho senseless extra notch on the top right side and the protector was rather narrow.
The good thing is, contact with their customer support was swift and friendly. They asked me to provide some photos. A few days later they sent a corrected protector with far better measures. The notch in the upper right corner is still there but that does not hurt. They might also correct that.
The good thing is they are fast and willing to improve their products.
where can I find other protective cases for the Jolla phone? I only found the ones on the official Jolla website.
